MTV is gearing up for the VMAs again. And there's talk of an onstage reunion between Kanye West and Taylor Swift. Think it'll happen?

But first, WOW. Has it really been a whole year? That is seriously scary.

It seems like just yesterday that Kanye West was storming the stage to interrupt Taylor Swift's Best Video Award acceptance speech to inform us that Beyonce has one of the best videos of all time, OF ALL TIME! And really, that's all anyone remembers about the event, right? And people haven't stopped talking about it either. If, however, you have forgotten, to refresh your memory:

By the way, here's Taylor's winning video and here's Beyonce's not winning one.

After that, the press essentially vilified Kanye and elevated poor snowflake Taylor to practically canonical status. The rapper -- already no stranger to rushing the stage and interrupting events to air his opinions -- finally realized he may have gone too far and withdrew from public life for a time. Though this Spike Jonze short did hit the internet and, while it was shot prior to the incident, it fittingly looked like Yeezy addressing his demons.

He has recently emerged and resumed public life WITH A VENGEANCE. He joined Twitter, is working with Jay Z and Justin Bieber and has been giving concerts in corporate offices.

He also let loose a stream of consciousness on Twitter this week, going on about the incident, apologizing and announcing that he had written a song for Taylor.

Among the many, many posted messages, Kanye wrote (of course, taking a moment to praise his own work), 'I wrote a song for Taylor Swift that's so beautiful and I want her to have it. If she won't take it then I'll perform it for her...who am I to run on stage? I would never ever again in a million years do that…I'm sorry Taylor.'

Rumour has it Taylor is unimpressed and "disgusted that he has the cheek to use her name to promote his new album! Taylor has moved on from the incident and is hoping Kanye will eventually do the same."

Right. So, that brings us up to now. Here are the questions: Do you want to see a reunion? Do you think it'll happen? Are you on a side, and if so, whose?

Sooo brutal, Kanye is a punk ass bitcx! He's not even that good, i had the unfortunate experience of seein his overated live performance, what a waste! Everyone in the world should be going out of their way to make sure this fool gets no attention worldwide. The fact that this loser has a fan base goes to show how low brow & no class the hip hop community is these days.

not a fan of taylor swift at all. i hate country music because it is boring but what kanye did wasn't very mature but whats done is done. get over it people. kanye can do whatever he wants to do. its his life not ours and he makes the choices in his life.

Not a huge MJ fan but even I know that Thriller is the best Video of all time.

@ Anon yea we all understand what Kanye did was wrong and hes stupid for doing it but you dont gotta bring race into this like honestly??

shoot the stupid F**K

Kanye's behaviour turbo-boosted Taylor's career.. she should accept his apology.

So to people saying Kanye is using Taylor's name to promote his own album.. LOL! He's the bigger star of the two, she's the one who got to shine because of him!

Kanye is in all likelihood a talented musician (for those who like his crap), but he once again shows what happens with a big talent, with NO class becomes popular.

Jut read the entire thread. Based on the grammar and spelling of those who support Kenye the "cretin", they must all be black with a room-temperature IQ.

Well, nachosman, maybe you shouldn't eaten all those nachos.

I think he is a total idiot. I know it is not lady like but in this instance despite being young lady that she ie Taylor should tell him to F' right off
