Journey guitarist Neal Schon -- the guy who had the affair with the Real Housewife of D.C. -- threatened legal action this week against a website that posted a picture of his little Journey member.

TMZ reports that Schon's attorney sent a take down letter to TheDirty.com on Thursday accusing the (very weird and creepy) site of illegally posted the picture, which** shows someone who is (ALLEGEDLY) Neal standing in front of a toilet, lifting his shirt and snapping a pic of his manhood (Ladies! Don't all jump at once!). 

The letter, which TMZ has posted, says the pic was stolen from an old cell phone and publishing it is an "express violation of my client's copyrights and a continuing invasion of his valuable privacy rights."

The website has since removed the image.

Gentlemen, I've said it before and I will say it again until you listen. It is almost never a good idea to take a picture of your euphemism (unless, I guess, it's for medical reasons). It is very likely to have the opposite of the desire effect (see also: Anthony Weiner). The next time you're thinking to yourself, "I think I'll take a picture of my twig and berries," ask yourself why you want to do that and run through the potential outcomes in your mind. Then don't do it. Thank you.
