Paul Simon is currently on tour in support of his just-released So Beautiful or So What album, and is set to play twice this weekend in Toronto: tomorrow (May 6) at Massey Hall and Saturday (May 7) at the Sound Academy.

Given his way-long career, it’s no surprise the classic singer/songwriter - and one-half of famed duo Simon & Garfunkel - has racked up a number of achievements, accolades and firsts in both his professional and personal life.

Time for your Tuesday pop quiz. It's a special edition in honour of Halloween! Scary pop music videos! Boo.

I'm not going to post Thriller because that seems a bit obvious. But there's one that sort of a Thriller rip off. Here are my favourite scary pop music videos. Now it's your turn...

Rockwell, Somebody's Watching Me:

This poor guy can't even take a shower alone. Total Motown records classic.

Time for this week's pop quiz! Because you need a time waster in the middle of your day. This week we want songs that mention cats, preferably in the title, but we'll take a lyrics. And it can be any kind of cat - a lion, a puma, a cheetah....

Let's make a list. Here are five to get your started.

Cat Scratch Fever, Ted Nugent (Regardless of how you feel about him. It's about cats)

It's that time of week again! Pop Quiz! Time to make a list, for no particular reason other than that it's Tuesday.

This week, we're listing songs about famous people. Bonus if you can list only songs about other musicians. I left diss tracks off my list because I think that might be a whole other category of quiz...but you can cheat if you want.

No Googling!

OK...Go

Peter Lorre, The Jazz Butcher Conspiracy

The Animals

It's test time kids! We thought it would be amusing to make a list of bands with animal names. Then we thought, "Nah, too easy. Let's make a list of bands with animal names in alphabetical order from A-Z!" Wanna help? I've started you off below. There was more than one possibility for a few of these letters so feel free to start from scratch.
