Shania Twain took a spill last night at the CMT AWards while making her way to the stage to present the best male video of the year award. Damn those heels!
Taylor Swift and Shania Twain acted up as Thelma & Louise for a pre-taped segment for the Country Music Television Awards. And here's a picture of it.
Shania will make an appearance at the awards show, which airs tomorrow night (Wednesday, June 8), live on CMT.
Taylor is up for three awards, including Video Of The Year, Female Video Of The Year and Web Video Of The Year, all for her hit song Mine.
Meanwhile, the real Thelma & Louise, Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis, are in Toronto right now celebrating the Ridley Scott-directed film’s 20th anniversary.

Hollywood is an awfully long long way from Timmins, ON, a point that country singer - and now best-selling author - Shania Twain acknowledged Thursday as she received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
“Where I've come from and where I am today... it's a small miracle, to be honest, that I am standing here but, I am here to accept an incredible honor and to give thanks for my star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame,” Twain said at the celebration which was attended by, among others, model and 10 actress Bo Derek.
I grew up with Shania Twain's music as many of us did. I'll admit I changed my hairstyle along with hers, from the high ponytails to the big curls to the bangs. I wore a little too much leopard print and shrunk a few t-shirts to show my middle - but that was the thing at the time; especially here in Canada - we were proud of our homegrown country sensation that was taking on the world.
Just when I thought Ms. Shania couldn't be any more relatable - I read ‘From This Moment On.’ Now realizing what a painful and dramatic life she led; I'm even more impressed with her rags to riches tale.
If you like reading autobiographies - Shania's will give you a lot to think about.
When Shania moved, with then husband Mutt Lange to Switzerland, she left a bad taste in the mouths of many Canucks. We loved that she created music with Mutt Lange, but didn't like the fact that she needed to move away to do so.
 Shania Twain put in an appearance at Indigo in Toronto yesterday to sign copies of her new memoir From This Moment On, in which she shares her life story, from her difficult, sometimes tragic upbringing in rural Ontario, through her marriage, musical success, up to the discovery that her husband was having an affair with her best friend and the breakdown of that relationship.
 Well, this took guts. Shania Twain has published the email she sent to Marie-Anne Thiebaud the day Shania discovered her now ex husband was "romancing" Thiebad, her now ex best friend. I love how Contact Music uses that word. "Romancing." It sounds so...muchy less tawdry.
Apparently, she's published the email in her memoir, From This Moment On.
Shania discovered her husband Mutt Lange was cheating on her with Thiebaud the day after Lange filed for divorce, and she says she begged her friend and former assistant to back off.
Shania reportedly presented the letter during an appearance on the Oprah Winfrey Show this week. It reads, "Please leave us in peace... I'm begging you. I am so low, so broken hearted, I can't take it anymore. I wish you love and happiness but I am dying... Have mercy.
Shania Twain married her former best friend's ex husband, Frederic Thiebaud, at the weekend. He used to be married to the woman with whom Shania's ex husband Mutt Lange had an affair. So, essentially, the switched spouses (though I have no idea how it's actually going between Mutt and Marie-Anne Thiebaud). So, that worked out better than people probably expected it would. "Shania Twain and Frederic Thiebaud were married at sunset on the island of Puerto Rico on January 1, 2011 in front of 40 of their family members and closest friends.
"The bride wore Lorraine Schwartz jewelry, Calvin Klein shoes and bought her dress from a small boutique in Lausanne, Switzerland.
"Twain was escorted down the aisle by her nine-year-old son, Eja.

 Shania Twain celebrated her 44th birthday by offering diehard fans some home movies of her recent travels in a video posted on her website.
The Canadian country star had earlier announced a pending "surprise" and there was a countdown on her website leading up to the video's release.
The nearly 15 minute video features footage of Shania skydiving over Florida, skiing the Swiss alps, and visiting Lebanon, Spain, and London, all the while in the company of Fred Thiebaud, and at times accompanied by her son Eja and Thiebaud's daughter Johanna. In an accompanying letter Shania refers to Fred as "a dear friend and true gentleman."
Shania says that Fred, "has been the most constant companion of support for both Eja and me, and having gone through the suffering of his family splitting apart at the same time under the same extreme circumstances, he understood me better than anyone."
And she means the exact same time and exact same circumstances as Fred is, of course, the ex-husband of Marie-Anne Thiebaud, whose affair with Shania's husband of 14 years, Mutt Lange, led to the couple's high-profile divorce last year.
 Shania Twain's allegedly philandering ex husband, producer Mutt Lang says it wouldn't bother him if Shania really were stepping out with his alleged mistress' ex. So says Starpulse.
Shania and Mutt split, after she (allegedly) discovered he was getting down with the couple's secretary and manager of their Swiss estate, Marie-Anne Thiebaud.
"Thiebaud's husband, Frederick, joined the country star for a trip to New York last week, sparking reports the two hurt exes have formed a special friendship.
